Jubilee Hospital is a community hospital in Huntly, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, managed by NHS Grampian. Designed by the local architect Robert Duncan, the construction cost of £1257, equivalent to about £812,000 as at 2024,[a]Calculated using the labour cost of the project.[1] was financed by public subscription. The hospital was named in honour of Queen Victoria’s Golden Jubilee of 1887, and opened in November 1889 with beds for sixteen patients.[2][3]

From October 1916 to January 1919 most of the hospital was handed over to the Red Cross, for the treatment of wounded soldiers. An isolation unit for treating people with tuberculosis was added in 1925, and converted into a maternity unit in 1944. A day-care unit was added in 1938, and a health centre was added in 1965.[2]

As at 2025, the Jubilee Hospital has twenty-four GP acute beds. Minor operations are carried out twice monthly by a visiting consultant from Dr Gray’s Hospital, Elgin, and local GPs also carry out minor surgical procedures.[3]
