Southey and Gotleigh Moors is an 81.3-hectare (200.9 acres) biological Site of Special Scientific Interest on the Blackdown Hills in Devon/Somerset.[1]

Natural England describe the site as “one of the richest mosaics of valley mire, acid-marsh grassland and alder-birch carr to be found on the Blackdown Hills”. There are heavily waterlogged mineral soils in the valley basin, and the diversity of the site is enhanced by the presence of the Bolham River and small areas of standing water.[1]

Southey and Gotleigh Moors is privately owned.[2]
