Ballechin Wood is part of a 805-hectare (1,989 acres) coniferous forest in North East Perth and Kinross, Scotland, lying between the rivers Tay and Tummel.[1] The wood merges into Clunie Wood to the northwest and Logierait Wood to the southeast.[2]
Ballechin Wood is probably best remembered today as the site of Ballechin House
Georgian country house in Perthshire, Scotland, now demolished but once known as the most haunted house in Scotland., reputed to have been the most haunted house in Scotland.[3]
